Why
is there cloudy water?
Cloudy water may be caused by frequent use by a large number of
bathers, or lotions, oils, deodorants, sunscreens, or other products
used on the skin or soap residues in bathing suits.
How
do I clear up cloudy water?
1. Make sure spa users and bathing suits are as clean as possible.
2. Make sure the filter has been rinsed with hot water.
3. Make sure the filtration
system runs at least 8 hours a day
4. Four to six ounces of water clarifier can be used to speed
up recovery time.
5. Be patient. The spa water will clear up and does not have to
be drained, if the water is cloudy, All Natural Cleanser just needs some
time to do its job.
Why
do I experience an organic smell?
At times you may experience an organic smell. This simply means
that All Natural Cleanser has found contaminants and is working harder for
you.
Can
I use fragrances with this product?
We do not recommend using any fragrances with these products because
they may not be compatible.
Will
All Natural Cleanser clog my pumps or drains?
Due to the positive charge carried by All Natural Cleanser, mineral particles
will not attach to plumbing, pumps, manifolds, etc.: they will
remain in suspension until captured by the filter.
How
much does one 16 ounce bottle cover?
Used alone, one 16 ounce bottle per 500 gallons of spa water will
maintain pleasant conditions for three months
Is
All Natural Cleanser compatible with conventional sanitizers?
Yes, All Natural Cleanser is compatible with conventional sanitizers (i.e.
chlorine, bromine, ozone, ultraviolet rays, and ionization).
Is
All Natural Cleanser compatible with D.E. sand and cartridge filters?
Yes, All Natural Cleanser is compatible with both D.E. sand and cartridge
filters.
How
long does All Natural Cleanser last until the next treatment?
All Natural Cleanser will remain pleasant conditions for three months.
What
happens if I don't use the penetrating spa cleaner before using
spa magic?
Five to eight weeks into using All Natural Cleanser it will continuously
seek out chemical residues to eliminate them. If All Natural Cleanser finds
those residues, the water may turn a bit cloudy and give off a
chemical odor. Beginning with the Penetrating Spa Cleanser product
eliminates this problem.
